Warrenpoint win Junior Hurling Championship

Warrenpoint bridged a thirteen year gap when they lifted the Fr Mooney cup on Friday night in an exciting 1 pt victory over Castlewellan. Man of the match John O'Kane scored 8pts, with Cathal Fegan scoring 1-2, as the blues held on for victory in a very close contest on a scoreline of 1-15 to 1-14 under lights to a very big crowd at Páirc Esler.
